Shamanic Reiki is a combination of two very ancient and powerful healing practices…Shamanism and Reiki. It is a beautiful and highly effective healing method, letting the client become a more active participant in their healing.
Shamanic reiki incorporates the elements (earth, air, water, fire) along with Huacas-spiritual and physical healing tools, such as spirit guides, flowers, sacred water, rattles, drums, bells and other healing tools.

Crystal Dreaming
Sound Healing
Lie down and listen to calming sounds from Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, ocean drum, quoshi, meditation bells, gongs, and healing instruments. These sounds can reduce stress, heal emotional wounds, and guide you on a healing path. Each healing session is individual; or book a group meditation circle for your friends or clients. It may bring intense emotions or deep relaxation. The sounds aid in physical and mental soothing and healing. Adding sound therapy to your self-care routine can improve your healing journey.

Lying in a unique mandala of crystal, I will help facilitate a gentle shift in your consciousness into an expanded state where your Crystal Dreaming inner journey occurs. In this enhanced state of awareness, after clearing all energies not totally aligned with unconditional love, it is possible to experience a state of absolute bliss, where profound emotional, physical and spiritual healing may occur.
Crystal Dreaming is a no touch, drug free, fully clothed process that allows clients to access their own higher guidance through an altered or expanded state of consciousness.

WholeHearted Coaching is a combination of talk therapy and spiritual/energy work in a two hour session.
We work together as a team to help accelerate your healing journey. If you are being called to heal by connecting with your higher self, your soul and a higher power that is not based in traditional religion, this would be a perfect way to advance your healing.
The way it works:
A 3 month commitment to work together
2 hour session every other week
for a total of 6 sessions during the three months
at the end of the three months we evaluate and sessions may drop down to 1-1.5 hours every three weeks or every month
